How Does First Bank Internet Banking Application Works?
To get started, you have to download First Bank Internet Banking form or pick a copy at the nearest First Bank branch office.
Fill and submit the form to firstname.lastname@example.org or at any of the bank’s branches nationwide.
In the form, you will be required to enter your First bank account details and your personal details including the email address they will send your FirstOnline login details to. You will also be required to enter the username you want to use for FirstOnline. Within 48 hours, you should receive a feedback.
Once approved, you will receive an email containing your First bank internet banking ID and another email containing your First bank internet banking password. Thereafter, you can proceed to sign in and change the default password.

You can login to Firstonline platform at : https://ibank.firstbanknigeria.com/FBN/
You will be required to enter your FirstOnline username. Thereafter, you will enter your Firstonline password. Once successfully signed in, you will see the First Bank Internet Banking dashboard similar to the screenshot below:
