For you to access the First Bank Internet banking platform, you will be required to login with your User ID and password which you will receive once your application has been approved.
So, if you’ve not filled the FirstBank Internet Banking application form, download it online or pick it up at the nearby First Bank branch office. Fill, submit it and chill for the approval mail. Ensure you provide a valid email address when filling the form.
Once approved, you will receive two emails from First Bank. One will contain your user id and the second email will contain your password. You will be required to change the password once you sign in for the first time.
When logging into the platform for the first time, you will be prompted to do the following :
1. Change your password (please note that you are required to choose a password combination with a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one alphabet, one number, and one special character (!@#$%&?)
2. Select 2 password questions, 2 security questions, and provide answers.
3. Create a memorable word or phrase to be used for intelligent authentication (i.e., Truestamp).
