Two new color variants for Redmi 8 and Note 8 Pro have been announced by Xiaomi and sales of the new variants have begun in China.
The Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro now have Phantom Red and Twilight Orange colors respectively.
The Redmi 8 on one hand, will arrive in a single 4GB/64GB configuration priced at CNY799 ($115/€105). The Redmi Note 8 Pro on the other hand, will be available in two memory options – 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB priced at CNY1,399 ($200/€180) and CNY1,599 ($230/€205).
In addition to the 6.22″ HD+ LCD, the dual rear cameras (12MP+2MP), and the 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging the smartphone features, the Redmi 8 is also powered by Snapdragon 439 SoC.
On the part of the Redmi Note 8 Pro has a Helio G90T SoC at the helm and sports a 6.53″ FHD+ LCD. The smartphone comes with a 64MP quad camera and has a 4,500 mAh battery which has 18W fast charging support just like the Redmi 8.
