Rumor has it that Apple plans to release its next iPad Pro in the early part of next year. There’s also news that Apple is working on a range of augmented and virtual-reality devices and they are said to be out probably a year after the iPad Pro’s release.
Augmented reality superimposes computer generated images with a user’s view of the real world. Virtual reality on the other hand shuts out the physical world and makes it easy to maintain focus on whatever you are viewing.
The upcoming iPad Pro is said to include both two cameras as well as a Face ID-like 3D sensor system to help people create “reconstructions of rooms, objects and people.”
