Moving pictures from my iPad 3 Camera roll to dropbox app used to be very easy using the + upload button not until I upgraded to dropbox 2.3.1 after which I no longer see the uploads tab at the bottom of the app’s screen nor the + sign at the top of the screen. After playing around with the app, I was able to get how to put photos in dropbox on iPad.
How To Move Pictures from iPad to Dropbox 2.3.1
==> Launch the dropbox app for iPad
==> Tap on the dropbox icon at the bottom of the screen
==> Navigate to the dropbox folder where you want to put the photos
==> Tap on the “…” icon at the top-right corner of the screen
==> Tap on the ‘+’ Upload icon
==> Your photo albums open up. Select the photo(s) you want to transfer to your dropbox app.
==> Tap the “upload” tab at the top of the screen.
That’s all.
Your photos will sync to all your devices on which you have installed dropbox app.
If you want all the photos in your camera roll get uploaded to your dropbox app, you have to enable the “Camera Upload” feature by going to the app’s settings. You can also choose whether to allow uploading when your device is connected to a cellular network.
I hope this works for you.
NOTE: You can’t upload other files eg music, docs etc to dropbox on iPad for now.
