As at the time of publishing this, the latest Tecno Android phone with front camera flash Light is the Tecno Phantom 5.
Announced in September 2015, the Tecno phone rocks 8MP front-facing camera with dual LED flash. The back camera is 13 MP with autofocus, optical image stabilization, dual-LED flash.
The Phantom 5 is powered by Quad-core MediaTek (MT6753) SoC, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, rocks 3GB RAM and finger print scanner (below the back camera) which can store up to 10 separate fingerprints that can unlock the phone.

Another Tecno phone with front camera flash is the Camon c8; which features 5.0MP front camera with a LED flash perfect for the selfie lovers. It also rocks 13MP back camera with flash.
The Tecno camon c8 is far cheaper than the Tecno Phantom 5.
