The new and stylish mid-ranger Vivo S5 was launched yesterday. The phone comes with a 2.3GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 processor, and a 6.44″ 20:9 Super AMOLED display having a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. It has an 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The Vivo S5 runs Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9.2 and has fingerprint reader underneath for biometric security. It comes fully packed with a 4,100 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. The Vivo S5 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
On the screen is a punch hole in the upper-right corner of the phone where you’ll find the 32MP selfie camera. At the rear of the phone you’ll find the Quad camera which is a combination of a 48MP main, an 8MP ultrawide, a 5MP depth, and a 2MP macro units cameras. The cameras come with a super beauty algorithm and a poster correction feature which includes 144 poses to help you pose better in front of the camera. Vivo really put a lot of thought into giving users better photo quality, which I think is a good thing.
The Vivo S5 comes in Icelandic Blue, Phantom Blue and Star Black colors.
