After checking the Nokia 3.1 Plus specs at gsmarena, I discovered that the Android phone was launched in two variants – 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage. So, I decided to check which of the variants I own.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t see the RAM details in “Settings – System – About Phone” for Nokia 3.1 Plus.
After googling it up, I found out that it’s now an hidden feature in Android Oreo & Pie.
To unhide it and access memory usage, you will have to turn on “developer options”.
After you turn it on, go back to System settings (Settings > System). You will find a new option with the name “Developer options”. Tap it.

On Nokia 3.1 Plus, the Memory option will be the first on the list.
Tap it and you will see the average memory use, the total memory and you can also access memory used by apps.

Alternatively,
You can also drag a “settings” widget to the homescreen of the Nokia 3.1 Plus and select the “memory” option.
I hope this helps.
