FirstMobile is the official mobile banking app for First Bank of Nigeria Limited. It simply allows FirstBank account holders with Naira MasterCard and/or Verve cards to carry out transactions via their mobile phones/devices without having cause to visit a FirstBank branch.
With the smartphone app, customers can enjoy real-time mobile banking services such as domestic funds transfer from self-owned accounts to other FirstBank accounts and other bank accounts; as well as make quick airtime purchase for self and others on all mobile networks; bills payments; cheque services including confirm cheque and stop cheque, flight booking; and quick account services such as account balance inquiry, statement view and much more.
In addition, the FirstMobile app features a “lifestyle” section which offers FirstBank customers unique access to the latest articles and videos across a wide variety of categories including entertainment, local news etc. This section now redirects users to download Loop by FirstBank app from Google Play store.

Download FirstMobile App for Android, iPhone, iPad, Blackberry
The FirstMobile app is currently available for download from Google Play store, AppStore and Blackberry store. Once available for other stores, it will be listed on the firstmobile downloads page.

How To Set Up FirstMobile App
To set up FirstMobile app on a smartphone, download and install the FirstMobile app from one of the links above.
Once installed, open the app, tap the NEW USER button and enter your FirstBank issued Naira MasterCard or Verve card number and pin to activate the app.
Thereafter, you will have to enter 5 digits mPIN to secure the app and also set your transaction pin. An OTP will be sent to your phone for validation and you will also be promoted to enter secret question and answers.
Once you set it up completely, you can start signing in to the FirstMobile app using your mPIN and complete transactions (including money transfer) using your
transaction pin without having to make use of any token.
NB : FirstMobile app works with personal and corporate FirstBank accounts.
