Similarities Between iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus
Both are powered by iOS 9, 64-bit Apple A9 chipset processor and spot 12MP back camera & 5MP front camera. No card slot nor radio on both devices and both support Nano SIM (not Micro SIMs) and Apple Pay.
Both devices feature 16/64/128 GB internal memory, 2 GB RAM, Fingerprint sensor (Touch ID v2), 3D Touch display, simultaneous 4K video and 8MP image recording.

The Fingerprint sensor on both devices is built into the Home button and you can pay with your iPhone using Touch ID in stores and within apps.
