The announcement of the iQOO Z1 is expected to happen tomorrow and detailed renders and its key specs which include a 144Hz refresh rate screen, 44W fast charging and 5G connectivity have been revealed. This phone will be the first to come with the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.
The phone has now been spotted in a Geekbench listing which confirms the speculations from before. The phone was seen to bear the vivo V1986A model number and had 781 points in the single core department and a 3,070 point multi-core score. It is confirmed to be powered by the Dimensity 1000+ chipset and 8GB RAM. The phone is run by Android 10, presumably with IQOO UI on top.
The complete details should be seen after tomorrow’s unveiling. The phone is up for reservation in China and the 6/128 GB trim is said to cost CNY 2,498 ($350/€325).
