How To Send Money Through GTB 737 USSD Service

GTB 737 shortcode service simply allows GTBank customers to send money to both GTBank and other bank account holders anywhere in Nigeria via their mobile phones, by dialing a USSD code.

It works irrespective of your phone type in as much as you have GSM service on the phone. Nevertheless, you have to use the SIM registered with your bank account. The money transfer service is secure because you will have to enter the last 4 digits of your ATM card before it can go through.

How to Send Money from GTB to GTB Account

Dial *737*1*Amount*NUBAN Account No# from the mobile number registered with the Bank.

e.g. *737*1*2000*1234567890#

Enter last four digits of your GTBank Naira MasterCard and wait for the transaction to be completed.

How to Send Money from GTB to Non-GTB Account

Dial *737*2*Amount*NUBAN Account No# from the mobile number registered with the Bank.

Select the bank of the person you want to send the money to, enter last four digits of your GTBank Naira MasterCard and wait for the transaction to be completed.

That’s all.

kindly note that transfer charges apply and you will see the recipient’s account name before you will be prompted to enter the last four digits of your ATM card.
