Xiaomi Mi 10 Launch Postponed Due To COVID-19

The launch of the Mi 10 was previously scheduled for March 31but due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis Xiaomi has postponed the event indefinitely.

The Indian Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi imposed a 21-day nationwide lockdown in India to contain the spread of COVID-19 after which the company took the decision on postponement. 11 lives have been lost due to the virus and about 500 people have been infected there in India where the launch was to take place.

Xiaomi has also closed its Mi stores across the country with delivery services on a pause for the time being. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max  first sale which was scheduled before the Mi 10 launch has also been postponed till further notice.

Vivo and Realme cancelled product launches before Xiaomi followed suit because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
