Gionee has unveiled a new phone and I have to say, the name alone brings this fiery vibe: Gionee Steel 5.
The new smartphone features a 6.2” IPS LCD with 720p resolution and runs AmigoOS based on Android 9 Pie. The phone has an octa-processor but its chipset is yet to be named.
Up front, the selfie camera of 13 MP is situated in a teardrop notch, while around the back, you’ll find the square camera set up which carries a 12MP camera and 2MP depth sensor, plus a two LED flash.
The Steel 5 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and a normal 10W charging rate. It comes in 4/64GB and 6/128GB memory configurations. Availability and pricing of the phone is yet to be confirmed for now.
