The new member of the Galaxy M-series has arrived, the M31.
The Galaxy M31 comes with a 6.4-inch FHD+ SuperAMOLED display which previous members of the M-series like the M30 and M30s had. The display houses a U-shaped waterdrop notch where a 16MP selfie cam sits.
The rear carries a quad camera setup comprising of a 64MP main shooter with Samsung’s Tetracell pixel binning which smoothly outputs 16MP shots, an 8MP ultrawide cam, a 5MP macro sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. The rear also carries a capacitive fingerprint scanner.
This new phone runs Android 10 with OneUI 2 out the box and brings a huge 6,000 mAh battery which supports 15W charge over the USB-C port . It will also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio support and Bluetooth 5.0.
The Galaxy M31 will go on sale in India by March 5 and its pricing will begin at INR 14,999 ($208) for the base 4/64 version while the 6/128 variant will go for INR 15,999 ($222). The phone is set to arrive in Ocean Blue and Space Black colors.
