The Japanese audio maker, Audio-Technica has announced its own truly wireless (TWS) earbuds with the brand new QuietPoint ANC300TW. At the Consumer Electronics Show(CES 2020) the company announced that their new TWS earbuds come with hybrid active noise-canceling (ANC) and IPX2 water-resistance and pair over Bluetooth 5.0.
The earbuds both carry in them a 5.8 mm driver and two microphones that ensure optimal noise cancellation using Qualcomm’s Clear Voice Capture. There are three available noise cancelling options users can pick from which include; Airplane for isolating low-frequency sounds, On-the-Go for street noise and Office/Study which responds to noise in quiet environments.
With support for Qualcomm TrueWireless Stereo Plus, the earbuds are sure to have optimal audio stream without disruptions or audio latency. The earbuds can also detect when you remove them from the case and automatically turn on. The case charges over a Type-C connector and the buds playback time is up to 4.5 hours with an added 13.5 hour boost with the case.
Personally, I think the case design is crazy unique and really different from the other cases of other True Wireless buds we’ve been seeing.
The launch of this new Audio-Technica product, ANC300TW is expected to happen soon.
