Microsoft Will No Longer Support Cortana On Android And iOS From January 31st

From  January 31, Microsoft will no longer support the digital assistant app, Cortana  for both Android and iOS devices in regions such as the UK, Canada, Australia and several other countries.

Microsoft originally launched Cortana for iOS and Android in December 2015. The Cortana app is used to configure settings and update firmware for devices like Microsoft’s Surface Headphones. Microsoft is focused on integrating Cortana into more business-focused parts of Microsoft 365. Cortana will also be integrated into Outlook for iOS and Android and will be able to read emails aloud on the go.

Reportedly, after January 31 contents such as lists and reminders will no longer function in the Cortana mobile app or the Microsoft launcher but they can be accessed through Cortana on Windows. There will also be an update for the Microsoft launcher with Cortana removed.
