If you have installed First bank Firstmobile mobile banking app on your mobile device and needs to change the device to another one, you can easily activate FirstMobile application on the new device without having to visit any branch of FirstBank.
Once you activate the new device successfully, you can start to use the First Mobile app to transfer money, pay for dstv subscription, buy airtime on your phone.
STEPS
Download FirstMobile Application On the new device
Open the app and tap on “activate this device”
Enter your First Bank ATM card number and pin
An OTP will be sent to your phone i.e the phone number linked to your First Bank account. Enter the OTP
If you enter the correct OTP, the device will be activated successfully and the notification wil be displayed as seen below:
